Airborne Park Speedway

Attention All Airborne Sport Mod Racers

Airborne Park Speedway and DIRTcar Officials have reached an agreement to have your non DIRTcar motors sealed for competition in 2017.
DIRTcar tech officials will be at Airborne Park Speedway on Saturday January 14, 2017 and will be available by appointment only.
In an effort to be as efficient as possible please have any area of your motor that does not have GM seal bolts in place to be ready for inspection. This includes parts and gaskets to reassemble your motor. For instance please pull your timing gear off the cam and crank before arriving and be ready to reinstall new GM timing gears and chain in presence of the inspector. (Note) DIRTcar does not allow double roller timing chains. If you have a double roller it must be replaced with the GM OEM single roller gear and chain.
ALL WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY YOU! TECH OFFICIALS WILL ONLY INSPECT AND SEAL ENGINE AND WILL NOT LEND ANY ASSISTANCE IN PUTTING ENGINE TOGETHER.
DIRTcar officials are charging $150.00 per engine sealed. You must make an appointment with the Airborne Speedway office as soon as possible. There will be NO walk ups.
Please remember to bring all necessary tools and gaskets that you will need to put your engine back together.
If you have any questions on this procedure or would like to make an appointment contact the Airborne Office at 518-561-3208.
