Stone Returning to Airborne
Middlebury, Vermont driver, Todd Stone, is returning to Airborne Park Speedway for the 2017 season. Stone returns in a 358 modified after a few seasons away from Airborne.
He will compete in a Troyer Race Car with a CC performance motor. G. Stone Motors, Bob’s Trucking and DMO will be on the number 1x.
“I’m excited to be back and I’m hoping we will be able to run a full schedule,” Stone said. “There is one conflict with a PASS race, but we are hoping it will all work out.”
Todd last competed on a dirt surface at Airborne in a four cylinder. Since that time, he has raced at dirt tracks across the northeast in a pro stock, small block modified and big block modified.
“I loved running the asphalt at Airborne and now I’m looking forward to running on the dirt.”
