4. 4-cylinder engines only. No turbo or supercharged engines permitted. American made and import cars allowed. No
   DOHC allowed. There will be NO grandfather exceptions to this rule. The following WILL NOT be allowed: trucks,
   sports cars, or convertibles. The following WILL be allowed: racing cams. MUST HAVE STOCK INTAKE CARB AND EXHAUST.
   maximum compression allowed UP TO 9.8 to 1. Max overbore .020. Swapping of throttle body is allowed if no
   adapter is needed. Windage tray allowed on bottom of motor, No trapped door or baffles in pan. ONLY STOCK
   configuration computer.
