Airborne Park Speedway
DIRTcar Sportsman Series: Tuesday at Airborne
PLATTSBURGH – The DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Series will be traveling to Airborne Park Speedway for a 50 lap event as part of a special Tuesday night show at 7 p.m.
Last season, the DIRTcar Sportsman Modified Series event at Airborne drew cars from the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, the state of Vermont and throughout northern New York and into the capital district. Group time trials will be run to determine a heat race lineup with a redraw for the top qualified cars after the heat races.
In addition, the Ernie’s Discount Tools Super Stocks, Mini-Mods and Strictly Stocks will all be in action for regular distance point races.
Grandstands will open at 5 p.m. Ticket prices are set at $12 for adults with kids ages 12 and under free of charge.
