Make-A-Wish Night at Airborne Speedway
PLATTSBURGH – Racing action resumes at Plattsburgh’s Airborne Speedway this Saturday, July 17, for Make-A-Wish Night presented by Liquor & Wine Warehouse.
All of the Airborne Speedway drivers in the J&S Steel Sportsman, Hartson Total Opening Renegades, Taylor Rental 4-Cylinders and Chris Frennier Motorsports Limited Sportsman will be in action for regular distance heat and feature events. Additionally, the drivers will be walking through the grandstand area with their helmets for the “helmet pass” collection that will be going toward the Make-A-Wish foundation.
Racing action gets underway at 7 p.m., with hot laps slated for 6:30. Grandstand gates will open at 5, with admission prices set at $10 for adults and free for children age 12 and under.
